| The fisheries of the Caspian sea are being ravaged by an invasive species of gelatinous plankton. It is thought to have reduced stocks of some fish by 50 per cent in just a few months. They upset the ecosystem by eating the food supplies of the fish. The BBC's Jim Muir reports: |
