Peru's Truth Commission 'on hold'
	Peru's newly created Truth Commission will look into thousands of cases spanning the country's 20 year fight against armed rebel groups. But president-elect Alejandro Toledo has objected to the presence on the commission of congresswoman Beatriz Alva who was a close ally of the disgraced former leader, Alberto Fujimori.
