Off the rails
	The first "Bullet Train" to go on display outside Japan was today makes its debut at a British Museum. The Shinkansen, which travels at speeds of more than 120mph, is on show at the National Railway Museum in York. It arrived in Britain after a sea journey from Japan. The BBC's James Helm reports:
