UK National Park opens for business
	Nearly all of Dartmoor National Park in the south west of England, reopens today after being closed because of the foot and mouth crisis. The Dartmoor tourist industry has suffered greatly because of restrictions imposed but they hope a series of offers such as half price rail and bus travel will bring the holidaymakers back.
