South Asia rivals play down deadlock
India and Pakistan have played down the differences over Kashmir which left their summit in Agra deadlocked and without a final declaration. Pakistan Foreign Minister Abdul Sattar said at a news conference that the two sides twice came close to issuing a joint statement in Agra, but were unable to move forward.
