Three die in Taiwan floods
At least three people have been killed in a tropical storm in Taiwan. Among those who died was a woman who drowned in a lift which was flooded in a basement. The mayor of the southern city of Kaohsiung Frank Hsieh described the flooding as the worst in 40 years. Taiwan has been hit by three serious storms in recent weeks.
