Ex-King named Bulgarian king
	Bulgaria's former king, Simeon II, has been nominated his country's next Prime Minister, following his party's victory in last month's parliamentary elections. The Bulgarian President, Petar Stoyanov, says he will formally give Simeon his mandate on Sunday - after which the Prime Minister-designate will have a week to form a new government.
