Independent warning 'ignored'
	The Financial Services Authority has insisted that it did not receive a tip-off from officials in France about the collapsed firm, Independent Insurance. The trade publication, Insurance Times, claims that the FSA was sent a report in January detailing how the insurer sought to hide big losses in its French division. The BBC's Andrew Verity reports
