Blunkett sets out police reform plans
Chief Constables from across England and Wales have been listening to the plans the new Home Secretary, David Blunkett, has for reforming the police force. Senior police officers agree that change is needed, but have expressed concerns about how it's going to be achieved. The BBC's June Kelly reports.
