Microsoft in Windows climbdown
	The computer giant Microsoft has admitted breaking American competition laws and has agreed to change the way it does business. The company, which is in dispute with the American government over its stranglehold on the computer industry, has said it will allow licensed manufacturers to remove its Explorer web browser from their machines.
