Ammunition depot blast in Kabul
Reports from Afghanistan say three people were injured in an explosion overnight at an ammunition depot in the outskirts of the capital, Kabul.
Reports said the blast destroyed the depot at Darulaman to the south of Kabul. Residents decribed being woken by a massive explosion. The Taleban authorities have blamed opposition forces for similar explosions in the capital this year. From the newsroom of the BBC World Service |
