Bomb explosion in Madrid
	A car bomb has exploded in the Spanish capital Madrid. One policeman was killed and at least 10 people were injured when the bomb went off near government buildings in a southern suburb of the city. The government has blamed ETA - the Basque separatist group which admits to carrying out 30 attacks some 18 months ago. The BBC's Nick Pelham reports
