Rise in UK police chase deaths
	New figures show that 25 people in England and Wales were killed last year, during police car chases. The number of deaths has risen significantly in the past few years - almost trebling since 1998. The figures are published in the annual report of the Police Complaints Authority. The BBC's Elaine Parke reports.
