Japan history row intensifies

The South Korean Government has accused Japan of duplicity for refusing to revise history textbooks that have offended Japan's Asian neighbours. South Korean President Kim Dae-jung has cancelled a meeting with a high-level Japanese delegation visiting Seoul to protest Japan's refusal to change the books. His government is also expected to announce retaliatory measures against Tokyo. The BBC's Caroline Gluck reports.
