UK house prices still rising
	House prices in England and Wales rose by more than seven percent in the year to March, according to figures released by the Land registry. Prices have risen fastest in East Anglia; homes in Wales have seen the smallest rise; and the average rate has slowed over the last few months.The BBC's Jennie Scott reports.
