EU and Nato claim Macedonia success
NATO and the European Union have welcomed an EU-mediated agreement to preserve the national unity government in Macedonia. But the foreign ministers from the two bodies, meeting in Budapest, said it now has to deliver on reforms promised to the country's ethnic Albanian minority. The EU foreign policy chief, Javier Solana, who brokered the agreement, called it a move in the right direction, but said that the problems in the country were not solved yet.
