After the floods
	As flooding continues to affect parts of Siberia, the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, tells his government to make sure sufficient aid gets through to the stricken regions. In the Russian republic of Yakutia - where the floods have been described as the worst in 100 years - the full extent of the damage is only now becoming clear. From Siberia, the BBC's Steve Rosenberg reports.
