Lithuanian consul kidnapped in Lebanon
A wealthy Lebanese national who acts as Lithuania's honorary consul in Lebanon, Raymond Sarkis, has been kidnapped, and his captors have demanded a ransom for his release. His car was found abandoned near the village of Zikrit, in the Metn mountains near the capital, Beirut.
