Filipino rebel group claims kidnappings
	In the Philippines, a Muslim separatist group has claimed responsibility for abducting 20 people from an island resort. The hostages, including three Americans, were kidnapped from Dos Palmas Resort in Palawan on Sunday. The BBC's John McLean is in Manila.
