Clinton heads for Hay festival
	The former American President Bill Clinton is a sell-out at the Hay-on-Wye Literary Festival in Wales. On the sixth day of his visit to the UK and Ireland, he will be giving a speech about conflict resolution and racism. The BBC's David Silitto reports.
