Bomb blasts rock Colombia
	The Columbian President Andres Pastrana has cancelled a visit to France after four people were killed in two separate bomb attacks in the capital, Bogota. Thirty people were also injured when the bombs went off outside the National University. The BBC's Mary Jane Baxter reports.
