Chunnel may 'cost taxpayers millions'
	Taxpayers could be landed with a further one point two billion pound bill for the ill-fated channel tunnel rail link. The National Audit Office says the government's economic case for building the link was marginal in the first place and will collapse altogether unless passenger numbers improve.
