Shell Ogoni murder case goes ahead
	The court case alleges that Shell took land from the Ogoni tribe without paying proper compensation, polluted the atmosphere and paid for local police to suppress opposition by the activists. Under American law, claims can be made against companies on human rights grounds. The BBC's Jane Ball reports.
