Shrinking empire
	An impassioned debate is underway in the Caribbean island of Barbados on whether it should become a Republic. The government is planning a referendum to allow people to decide whether to replace the Queen with a President. But some of the islanders are worried the move could lead to political and social unrest. The BBC's Malcolm Brabant reports:
