Hi-tech buzz
	The Nasdaq technology stock exchange is back at levels last seen in 1998. Germany's equivalent, the Neuer Markt, has lost four fifths of its value in the past year. But in the German city of Hannover, 8,000 hi-tech companies are showing off their latest wares at the Cebit Trade Fair, the world's biggest technology exhibition. The BBC's Patrick Bartlett reports
