Yugoslavia marks Nato bombing anniversary
	Marking the second anniversary of Nato's bombing campaign in Serbia, former president Slobodan Milosevic appeared in public. Thousands rallied in Belgrade to denounce Nato's actions, which led to the setting up of a peace-keeping force in Kosovo. The BBC's Nick Thorpe reports.
