Stoke Bishop murder scene
Officers have appealed for witnesses to come forward
Police who were called to the area found one of the victims slumped inside a silver Toyota car in Tunstall Close and the other lying in the road nearby.

It is thought the killings may be drugs related.

Both victims are believed to have been in their mid-20s, although police said they had not been identified yet.

Detective Superintendent Bill Davies, leading the investigation, said: "Anyone who saw anyone in that locality is asked to contact the police immediately."

A police spokeswoman said the shooting may be connected with an earlier incident in the Eastern area of Bristol.

Earlier on Friday, a man was forced into a vehicle and driven away.

Detectives have appealed to anyone with information to contact them on 01275 818181.
