	Between four and eight per cent of the world's diamonds come from war zones in Africa and their sale often funds rebel groups responsible for some of the world's worst atrocities. Despite the introduction of a certification scheme to prevent rogue traders from reaching international markets, Africa's diamond traders are proving hard to monitor. The BBC's Mark Devenport reports.
