Commonwealth welcomes Fiji ruling
	Security forces say the country has remained calm despite earlier fears the court's ruling could spark violent protests. It's now up to the President, Ratu Josefa Iloilo, to decide how to implement the judgement, which upheld Fiji's multi-racial constitution abandoned by the military after a nationalist coup last year.
