Ecuador kidnapped oil workers freed
	Seven foreign oil workers - kidnapped in Ecuador last October - have been released after their employers paid a thirteen-million dollar ransom. The hostages were set free near the border with Colombia. The BBC's Samantha Simmonds reports.
