	Amazing pictures of Ellen MacArthur's solo voyage round the world are to be shown on the BBC on Thursday. They show her joy at the beauty of the sea - but also the terrors she faced during the 94-day journey. She arrived back in France three weeks ago, finishing second in the Vendee Globe yacht race.The BBC's Emma Simpson has been looking at Ellen MacArthur's own video record of the experience.
