Arctic exodus
	Women living near the Arctic Circle are being urged to keep their remote communities alive, by embracing a new enterprise culture. In recent years towns and villages in the northern most part of Sweden have seen an exodus of women frustrated by the lack of employment opportunities. Now it seems small business and information technology are helping to turn the trend around.
