Israel car blast kills one
	At least one person is reported to have died and nine injured in an explosion in northern Israel. Reports say Israeli police had been pursuing the taxi van for some time when the car exploded at an intersection near the Arab town of Umm el-Fahem. The BBC's Jeremy Cooke is in Jerusalem.
