Court outlaws Fiji military government
	Fiji's interim civilian government installed by the army during a nationalist coup last year has been declared unconstitutional by a panel of international judges. The judgement said the multi-racial constitution abandoned by the military was still valid. The interim administration was appealing against a lower court's decision handed down last year.
