Cambodian casinos
	Think of the glamorous world of international casinos, and names like Monte Carlo and Las Vegas come to mind - not Poipet, in Cambodia. This small border town, which until recently was fought over by government forces, now aspires to be the gambling centre of East Asia. However, as Jonathan Head reports, the local inhabitants do not look likely to win much from the casinos.
