Seattle shaken by fresh tremor
	At least 12 people have been injured in a powerful earthquake which struck the north west coast of the United States. Shops and buildings were damaged in Seattle and thousands of people are without power. It also interrupted a speech by the chairman of Microsoft, Bill Gates. The impact of the quake was softened by its depth underground. The BBC's David Willis reports.
