Corrupt Society?
	It is a decade since the Dictator, Alfredo Stroessner, fell from power in Paraguay. However, his ruling Colorado Party - which has been in power for fifty years, is still being accused of human rights abuses. The US State Department this week accused the government of extra-judicial killings, torture, arbitrary arrest and detention.
