On the up?
House prices in the commuter belts of Britain are booming. The latest figures from the Land registry released show that while some metropolitan areas, especially London, are seeing steep rises, they're no longer the hottest spots in the property market. Other areas, like parts of the South West and East Anglia have seen prices rise by as much as 17 per cent as people move "out of town." The BBC's Sarah Pennell reports
