Livestock ban to be relaxed
The ban on the movement of livestock is to be partially lifted. The number of confirmed cases of foot-and-mouth has increased to 39 across the UK. Meanwhile Tony Blair tells farmers that once the foot and mouth crisis is over, there may need to be a wider debate about intensive farming. The BBC's Fergus Walsh reports.
