| Nato is to reduce the buffer zone along the borders of Kosovo. Security on the frontier with with Macedonia has worsened during the last few days, with armed clashes between Macedonian security forces and ethnic Albanian fighters. Hundreds of civilians are fleeing the fighting and becoming refugees. The BBC's Paul Anderson reports from Belgrade: |
