OSCE chairman seeks movement on Nagorno-Karabakh
The chairman of the European security organisation, the OSCE, is in Armenia to gauge views on the group's latest peace proposal for the disputed enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh. On arrival, the chairman, Mircea Geoana, welcomed agreement between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan to meet in Paris next week, under the auspices of President Jacques Chirac.
