On the borderline
	For 25 years, the UN has been trying to resolve the dispute over Western Sahara. Morocco controls most of the territory. Supporters of the pro-independence movement, the Polisario Front, have spent the past quarter of a century as refugees in desert camps in neighbouring Algeria. The BBC's Peter Biles reports.
