| Scotland and Northern Ireland experienced the full force of the storm overnight, suffering the heaviest snowfalls in a decade. The storm hit the north of England Tuesday morning, wreaking havoc across most of Yorkshire, arriving as far south as Sheffield. The BBC's Andy Cassell reports. |
