Turkey's sparring leaders meet
	The Turkish economic crisis has claimed its second high-level casualty with the resignation of the country's Treasury Undersecretary. The beleaguered lira has recovered a little of what value it lost after a row between Turkey's President Ahmet Necdet Sezer and Prime Minister Bulent Ecevit last week pushed the country's economy into a crisis.
