| A month after a devastating earthquake hit India, low caste Hindus and Sikhs in Britain are refusing to hand over money raised for the victims, claiming their people in India are not receiving help because they are considered "Untouchables". Aid agencies are aware that Dalit and Muslim communities are facing discrimination, however Indian authorities say unity is needed. As the BBC's Naresh Puri reports, twenty-two temples in Britain are boycotting the main charitable appeals. |
