| Celebrations are being held in Kuwait on Monday to mark the 10th anniversary of Iraq's defeat in the Gulf War.
On his arrival there, the US Secretary of State Colin Powell told reporters Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein would never again be permitted to occupy Kuwait. The BBC's Brian Hanrahan reports.
