Gladiator conquers 'UK Oscars'
	The 14-year-old star of the film "Billy Elliot" has won the British academy award for best actor. Jamie Bell, who plays a miner's son who wants to be a ballet dancer, beat off Russell Crowe and Tom Hanks to take the award at a glittering ceremony in London. The BBC's Nick Higham was there.
