Kuwait marks 10 years of freedom
	Kuwait is officially celebrating its National Day - for the first time since the seven-month Iraqi occupation. Among the international diginitaries taking part is the former American president, George Bush. Also attending are the former British prime ministers, Margaret Thatcher and John Major. The ceremonies will mark the tenth anniversary of the expulsion of Iraqi forces from the emirate.
