Carnival spectacle
	The annual carnival has started in Brazil, eclipsing a series of political crises and a widespread prison uprising a week ago. The five day festival -- among the world's most famous -- celebrates the last days of excess before the Christian fasting period of Lent. The BBC's Tom Gibb reports
