UN sanctions talks with Iraq

The UN Secretary General Kofi Annan holds talks with an Iraqi delegation, led by the foreign minister, Mohammed Saeed al-Sahhaf. The negotiations are expected to concentrate on Baghdad's demand for a lifting of the sanctions which have been in force since the Gulf War. The talks come at a heightened period of tension following this month's US and British air strikes near Baghdad. The BBC's UN Correspondent Mark Devenport reports.
